Payments

This website does not take payments. You pay us directly against our GST invoice, after we have confirmed your order or hire with you.

Cancelling a spares order

You can cancel a spares order at any time before it is dispatched or collected by calling or messaging us. As nothing has been paid on the website, there is nothing to refund.

Wrong or faulty parts

If a part you received is wrong or faulty, please tell us as soon as possible. We will check it with you and agree a replacement, a credit or a refund. Refunds go back by the method you paid with, and a GST credit note is issued against the invoice where needed.

Machine hire and repairs

Hire and repair work is billed as agreed in our quotation and GST invoice. If you think an invoice is wrong, contact us and we will check it; any correction is made with a GST credit note.
